Two ways we sit on your bench without sitting on your payroll.
Dealership service departments and independent auto shops send us two different kinds of work: diagnostic hardware that's lost its connection, and vehicle modules that need board-level repair. We do both, direct tech to tech.
Component-level repair, not a guess and a swap
Every job starts on the bench under magnification, tracing the fault to the actual component before anything gets touched.
VCI diagnostic hardware refurbishment
Charging ports, cable connectors, and shop laptop USB ports rebuilt so your diagnostic tool reconnects reliably — see our full VCI Diagnostics service.
Vehicle module board repair
Infotainment, body control, and instrument cluster modules repaired at the component level instead of a full-unit replacement.
Direct tech-to-tech contact
Your technician talks to ours — symptom descriptions and photos go straight to the bench, not through a general queue.
Written diagnostics before any repair
A clear explanation of the fault and a quote before anything is opened up, so nothing gets billed on a guess.
Loaner-friendly turnaround
Turnaround windows built around keeping your bay moving, with most units back on the road before your loaner or spare needs to change hands.
Standing terms for repeat volume
Trade pricing and monthly invoicing available once a billing history is established — see Volume & Contract Repair.
Questions we hear on this one
If yours isn't covered here, send us the symptom and we'll answer directly.
Do I need to know which service I need before contacting you?
No — describe the symptom, whether it's a diagnostic tool acting up or a vehicle module misbehaving, and we'll tell you which service applies.
Can you handle both a VCI refurbishment and a module repair in the same shipment?
Yes — they're billed and tracked separately, but there's no reason to ship them apart if they're going out at the same time.
What's the relationship for a dealership service department specifically?
The same as any shop: your tech deals with ours directly, the customer relationship stays entirely with you, and the unit ships back to your service department, not to the end customer.
Do you offer trade pricing for dealerships with recurring work?
Yes, once a billing history is established — see Volume & Contract Repair for how that's structured.
